All in all, if you're new to this, it's a case of you don't know what you don't know.When I started, I attended the local REI meetings, and they have CPA's coming by giving talks on various subjects, with the purpose of soliciting business.

Listen to the BiggerPockets podcasts, attend the weekly webinars, and check out the books (especially Brandon Turner's The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down).

Do they have any real estate meetups that you could attend?

Attend a networking event near you and connect with others who may be able to bring value to your deal...or others who might have a deal you want to get in on!

I am attending a real estate seminar and I want to get a couple of wholesale deals done so I can afford the tuition for the class..

@Turner ChaundyJoining or at least attending your local REIA or Meetup is by far the most effective way to quickly gain an investor minded Realtor.

You should start attending local meetup groups to connect with professionals in your area.
