Tips for finding and researching realtors

Hello, 

I’m looking for a realtor in the Seattle area and was wondering what kind of websites and other ways people use to make sure they are working with a realtor who is experienced in the type of real estate investment they’d like to pursue. Any and all comments are appreciated I’d assume the process is pretty similar to those outside the Seattle area as well.
