I would love a 30 yr fixed under 5%, but I anticipate given the current environment I'll get something more like a 5-10 yr arm amortized over 20 yrs.

This has had no impact on indoor plumbing.Odor is obviously not pleasant, but they are claiming that this is the sole reason they want to break the lease immediately and without penalty and that it violates health/safety codes.

From my perspective there is a lot more safety from a property that has better debt coverage and higher desirability.

In general the "bounce-back" safety features on garage doors is a thing, but I think it would be a far cry to call that a required safety feature in a residential rental property.
