How do you figure out what to bid ?

Then figure you can pass that directly on to the tenants.

You need to figure out ways to create an advantage over your competition.

I know many people who invest 7 and 8 figures (not including cents;) in real estate.

Had to call them in order to figure out my account number and request to be setup on auto-pay...seems backwards.

NYC uses a magic formula (statistical analysis) to figure out how much your property is worth based on comparing size, style, and age of your unit with your neighborhood. 

This way you can begin building your "team" or start figuring out the best places to get loans, best contractors, etc.It's a waiting game for sure and it sucks to just sit but I'm sure everyone goes through a stagnant period in their career.Good luck out there!

We have put approximately 50k into it including new kitchen, new bath, new windows, new paint, new lighting, plumbing work, new deck, moved driveway to side street.

What I haven't figured out how to do is get it to return a search query to give me an easy list to look at of what days I've visited them which I think would be immensely helpful.

It's a little confusing to use at first, but once you figure it out, it works WONDERS!
