It appears there are still many items in the home, yet we truly can not tell if she has been home.We think she may have just left and left most of her furniture as the items are really not much to speak of as far as quality or value.Do we go to court to evict someone that is not there?

The only "unit 28" I can find is actually off Sinepuxent Ave and appears to be 3 houses in.Is the bump-out in the back new?

Appears to be from a leaky faucet, leaky tub and some from the exterior.

I don't mind paying for a refresher course but I was aggravated that so much time was spent on their high priced systems such as their rehabbing templates (which appeared very impressive) only to find out that it was all or nothing in the Mastery course to be able to utilize what they presented.

Its the same with Unlicensed PM's who think they can have a master lease and end up running a big PM operation....I had extensive conversations with the DRE investigator in MS over this issue and again he said its just a Ruse and they would shut down anyone without a valid brokers license if it appeared they were just acquiring multiple rentals on leases then releases them as in acting as a PM without a license.The Real Estate industry as a whole needs to help the government crack down on all this unlicensed activity by turning in these unlicensed people... that just try to flip contracts or homes without ever buying them...

CT prices certainly are not the cheapest and it does appear that you get more bang for your buck in other states, particularly in the mid-west.
