I rented an apartment, and my tenant removed/replaced the stove without my consent.

I am looking for a property manager for a class C apartment building with 30 units. 

The house hack is a little bit different as I don't know personally know anybody who owns apartment units.

Is there any law in California that prohibits raising rent only on new tenants coming into my apartment complex? 

Only for it to get approved and they finally get to do their inspections etc, and show up to the house to find the AC unit and appliances stolen and poof, deal dead..  

As a part of your due diligence, you can even go and talk to the tenants, and ask them if they have copies of the lease.
