Reading you use the word fractured raises some eyebrows and concerns that the 3 owners may decide not to sell after some upgrades are done on the property or sell for a higher price.

My concern is more about the frequency of guests staying over as my contract only addresses the time period. 

@Elijah Wichers I think you are understanding the trade-off well, but my concern would be spreading yourself too thin.

@Justin Summers I live in California and my concern with Airbnb would be time.  

To be honest this is not a huge issue, but the bigger concern is that neither of the 2 tenants communicated anything, or even asked permission to do this.

I'm expecting a continuation of the current wave of inflation, so locking in low rates is an advantage as far as I'm concerned.

Sometimes people want out and are not too concerned with the selling price.
