Please suggest any essential reading, podcast episodes, youtube videos, etc. you would suggest to help me understand options, the process of each option, pros and cons, and so forth.I am more of a buy and hold type of investor right now, because I don't see how I can manage BRRR with a full time job, living in CA, and/or trying to do BRRR in a different state.

The only knowledge I have comes from the bigger podcast, books and youtube.
