@Armando AlbaradoIf you are looking to get started I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

Wish you well @Bryan Vukelich I love Kailua area but STRs seem pretty limited there and unless I’m mistaken there seems to be a big push in Hawaii to limit STRs outside of resort zoned areas.

I do have is the experience and the know how to acquire large amounts of housing in good areas for very good prices.

I live and invest in the East Bay Area, CA. 

Lakewood is a very sought after rental area with high rental rates, and a lot of people will pay high rents to live in close proximity to Lakewood, and downtown Cleveland, which this area is right in the middle of those two, as well as right by lake erie.  

Every area is different .

I built that one a few years back it will be similar only the exit is going to be 850 to 900k this time around.. this area does not have the heavy influence of the BAR like south of Broad  and other areas..
