There are still so many unknowns on how to operate, that it still seems like a wild-west of sorts, with no conformity, other than at the 20000 feet level.I am still trying to figure out answers to the questions i have posted, hopefully some other members can chime in, but I will post my own progress and findings as I go through it myself, so it can hopefully help others who are starting out and I know will have the same questions as I do now.

Most judges aren't stupid and will easily be able to see that their usage went from 100 gallons a day to 2,600 gallons a day after the eviction and will hold the accountable for the costs. what happens in many markets in the Northern part of the country.. is the water and sewer bills if not paid attach to the property as liens.out in the west this is not the case. if the tenant does not pay their water bill it gets shut off..

North Haven doesn't appear on their list of towns serviced, but West Haven and New Haven do, so they'd probably have no problem with the location for your job.
