How do private lenders verify LLCs?

(Disclaimer: I'm new to this and parroting what I've heard in other posts, so please verify with experienced landlords and your real estate attorney.

And think about it from the tenant's side: Future landlords would be able to verify that they're a reliable tenant who pays rent on time, (and now they have a credit score to show for it); with a higher score, they can finally sign documents, loans, and policies without the need to find a cosigner; they'll be able to save more money on interest rates and fees when applying for credit cards and loans; etc. - definitely worth considering because, as mentioned above, it helps you to stand out as the landlord too when you let tenants know that they can build positive credit with their biggest monthly expense.

Is it out of line to ask for bank account snapshots to verify that this person has funds, and reserve funds?

Pay for the spray cans if you'd like, or call an exterminator (which you shouldn't need to) to take care of it 

#4- Require that your Private Money Lender disclose their full identity, personal and company contact information that can be verified, skip traced along with proof of the nature of their business, bank and client references etc.

I tried to get Republic Bank to to give me an 85% LTV with the seller financing 10% and me putting in 5%.

I verify water bill is paid prior to returning damage deposits.
