I am buying a rowhouse in PA with an oil tank in the basement, I am doing a rehab but my budget is really tight and I don't have enough money to convert the heating to anything else.

Unfortunately, when the market tanked a lot of builder response was to build the cheapest homes possible to keep their prices reasonably low while keeping their actual margin high.

Cryptocurrency is just a storage of value, that right now is super volatile but I expect in the future more of them will stabilize as they increase in value.
