I have heard people talk about lots under 50 feet deep  must have certain setbacks, and over have different setbacks....basically, I am just looking for a thorough source, possibly from the city, instead of hearsay.

Also if you guys know of any good source websites to look for duplexes and etc around your area that'll be helpful, I know some general sites like zillow and trulia that are not that helpful for this situation.

I am looking to bring on an assistant and wanted to ask how other real estate agents/brokers found your good/great assistants.  I tried posting on Craigslist but there's just so much garbage out there!!!  All brillian...

Can anyone direct me to any good (sourced) charts/graphs that show why buy&hold real estate is a much better investment in the long term than the stock market?  

Are they a good source of info for off-market properties?
