Also if you guys know of any good source websites to look for duplexes and etc around your area that'll be helpful, I know some general sites like zillow and trulia that are not that helpful for this situation.

A different case number against yours and it would be a competing probate case.To be more clear see CA probate code 11701.Make sure you keep your appointment and most of your questions will be answered.I hear Paul Horn is a good source as a probate/CPA attorney in your area.
