Back in the day, the get rich quick era 80-90’s, when there was no median to communicate by like this, very little local REI associations, etc, you were pretty much on your own other than some others that were under the false impression REI is a get rich quick scheme.

We are under no illusion that this a get rich quick deal and are really interested in learning from the ground up.At this point, I guess it would be helpful to learn where to find local 'investor friendly' allies like a title company, attorney and RE agent.
