Thank you all for your feedback. I will start reading some books before taking the dive and learning how to structure by business module. I will also be purchasing the 2 books that J Scott has out as it seems very good.

The first two books (Keller/Villani) are very good, and I highly recommend them to any aspiring investor.

The next two books (Strauss/Eldred) I wasn't thrilled with and I wouldn't recommend.  A bit too general and too much fluff.

The last book (McElroy) I've never read.

I haven't read FLIP but I have heard nothing but great things about it and a few investors here have given 2 thumbs up for it.

The millionaire R.E. Investor focuses on the business building, ie your team your buyers networking etc great read quick to the point I think you'll enjoy it.

I glanced at the unofficial guide it speaks in generalities buying strategy, exit strategy concepts. good read quick reference.
