@Kristi Wolfe simply find a flipper in your area who has the deals/funnel , then simply introduce yourself say what you want to do for him , ask him what problems he needs solved , then solve them for him before you expect anything in return .

The language in the lease for the lease term simply says: "Lease term:  The initial term of the lease contract begins on 2/22/18 and ends at midnight on 2/28/19.
