He has done basics like given a property disclosure and shown me the house but not anything that WOW’d me enough to refer him to someone else.

I was referring to other avenues of investment which is why I posted this question in the “other” category.

It is time intensive, but gives you a good reference when you are interviewing 6-7 plumbers and getting bids. 

I am being consistent, I am a realtors assistant and will refer people to them if I get someone that would rather list their house but I first have to get the phone to ring. 

(I will use it sporadically the rest of the time).I have asked my agent to get a letter from HOA in reference to the timing of the increase.I am “reportedly” buying it from an elderly couple ,the house inspection was fine but still does not feel right..

In Ca (my market), all larger cost items require a license.Can anyone at the local REI Meet Ups provide a reference? 

Then, maybe ask for some investor references who have closed successful deals with him.
