Either by your fiancée or one of the children.Sorry if this sounds harsh @Chris Edgell but this is an example of being stuck with the default estate plan provided under the law.It's about having clear title to transfer the property.When things are squared away perhaps the both of you could consult an estate attorney in regards to a Transfer-On-Death (TOD) Deed.
