It really depends on how lendable you are without the 135k - job + savings + credit - if you want to parlay that money into more.

I second what @Garrett Brown said - we use Roku in all of our places which operates similar to how a lot of hotels have now where you can login and use everything and then it will wipe all the guest data out on checkout date.

The goal is to free up more money to reinvest.

A few points, different tax laws and language barriers made it more difficult.  

Private lenders allow for much more exposure to a borrower than traditional banks do. 

However, I read that Airbnb places a max of 90 days you can rent out your property as a STR and will disable your listing once the max is reached for the year.

I spent a lot of time to find the locks and now need manufacture to come out to install the lock5.
