If you're confident enough with asset segregation in the LLC and not concerned about personal liability, then, just go without.Make tenants carry renter's insurance and reimburse them.Anyway, not that I'm recommending it, but for scenarios where a property is worth 50k in a isolated LLC, I don't see the upside to paying 1k in insurance.Here's the view of a claims professional who doesn't sell, but deals with the aftermath of bad things happening.

Did you have it professionally inspected?

This is very basic - any professional marketer will tell you this.

Other professionals in your field may have more understanding of the value of your employment contract.

No offense to @CJ F , but I have had to deal with some mold issues and was instructed by more than one professional to never put bleach on mold.

I wish I could be of more help but I am on the other spectrum of commercial.I do the triple net leasing transactions and apartment buildings transactions but I do not do any property management or tenant rep as I do not enjoy that aspect of it.Do you use Costar tenant professional??
