Both companies are strong with platform, referrals, and management style / structure. and how they handle the inner workings of business.

I'm excited to be able to communicate with every level of investor and lenders throughout the platform.

I'm a newbie on this platform and looking for like minded peers to chat once a week and bounce off ideas and have accountability partners!

They have a lot of training, not only how to use their platform to invest, but about passive real estate investing in general.

To other lenders... what marketing strategies, platforms, tactics have worked best for you? 

The other complication is that the area is close to Brookside, so when I look at some of the platforms for pricing, they appear to be using Brookside numbers, which I'm afraid is raising the rent to higher than what I could get for it.

I use a platform at my brokerage called ExpressOffers and it is designed to attract the same target as wholesalers. 

Utilizing the BP platform is certainly a great place to start as is calling your local building department and asking for recommendations.
