Looking for GC and project manager in Buffalo, NY area

What's up BP Fam!

I put my offer in on my 1st project in Buffalo, NY. I have interviewed a couple of GC’s but didn’t feel they were the right fit for me, and I would need a project manager because I’m not local to the area. Does anyone know of a reliable GC and project manager capable of taking on a full gut renovation. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

We have had a great experience working with Chris Contento (The Contento Company). He has worked on multiple projects with us. Chris and his crew provide professional estimates and project reviews as well as advise on what work is most important for increasing rents/values. He will help you work within your budget and focus on what is most important to the final outcome of the property. Chris is an investor himself and owns several properties in the area. His crew is capable to complete most scopes themselves and has connections to several other specialty contractors (electrician, mechanical, plumbing, roofing, etc) when necessary. We invest in Buffalo but live out of state and have no problem trusting his team to manage and complete work for us.
