Investing is what prompted me to pursue the license and what I enjoy most, but as you said being an agent is an opportunity to earn extra income.  

It is also common to feel you are being short-changed by measures intended to address the systematic issues.That aside, I agree that everyone who works smartly and hard to get ahead should be able to enjoy the fruits of her or his efforts and that discrimination is something to be overcome ... by all of us.

I enjoy my work too much to retire now and I am paid too well.

I've been hosting for over a year now and have two properties i run and have enjoyed it quite a bit.

The holding costs made me go way over budget.I still do the things I'm good (and fast) at and enjoy, but the rest gets farmed out to the pros.

There are plenty of agency built on the backbone of people that just enjoy running paid traffic.

I also really enjoy the combination of 1984 by George Orwell and Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.

But in general I enjoy reading the comments from napper-extraordinaire @Steve Vaughan (and his thoughts on paying down properties), @Joe Splitrock, @Greg H., @JD Martin, @Greg M., and so many others. 

When looking for bookkeepers I encourage my potential clients to look for someone that you will feel comfortable asking questions to,  who enjoys teaching along with doing the work. 

That was the one house flipping show I really enjoyed.
