Everything also goes through title companies where an underwriter, almost always a real estate attorney, reviews the transaction.You, the reader, can believe who you want: someone who spouts off when he has zero knowledge regarding any of this legal review by a multitude of attorneys, who has no specific knowledge of exact details or state law and is not even based in the state; or you can hire your own attorney, find your own RMLO and consult those that have used their own attorney's and experts and research what can be done.It costs me nothing either way.

IMO, the best use of your time is to research and interview agents that can provide the services you need at a cost that provides value, especially with commercial property.Your buyers (investors) typically do this for a living, so they are knowledgeable and savvy.You don’t need to know everything about selling as long as you hire someone who does.

It all depends on how many workers are there, certainly 1 person cant consume $5,000/week when he is only painting, or it only takes 1 day for 2 persons to install a 4 appliances that values at $1,500 each.That is why the contractors are here because investors don't have the skills to operate renovation, if they did, why hire a contractor?
