Cleaning is a pass thru to the guest normally so I wouldn't include that unless you are including it in your Rental Income totals. 

My guest is due in hours.

Hey @Luann Renteria, that language to the guest seems reasonable, but I have to agree with @Nathan G. on this.

And Fair Housing NC lists protected classes as "race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and disability".I think the person you spoke to at the PM company misunderstood the law or miscommunicated it.

Occassionally, they could have a guest or two in town that would be able to stay at the home instead of getting a hotel.  

Although BP does everything they need to to keep their members safe, if you want to do business with someone from this site, you should only do business with those who were recommended by a guest from one of their podcasts.

Either, in the future, you might ask your attorney to add a limit to the number of guests allowed as well as get a statement from the local Fire Marshall post signs stating limitations to avoid future headaches.This is what I would do to avoid jumping to conclusions AND arming yourself with facts, or at least an educated opinion from a licensed expert.
