Best Website platform for real estate agents - IDX and lead gen

Does anyone have a suggestion for which platform to use for an agent website? I have experience with WordPress but im not sure if WordPress is preferred for real estate agents. I am looking for a low cost(I can create the site myself) option which has all the IDX and lead generation tools. I am looking for it to link to the MLS so when status of properties change on the MLS it auto updates on the site. I have done a bit of research and there are a lot of options: ihouse, Reel Geeks, Chime...etc. but they have monthly subscription fees that seem a little extensive. Can I just create a WordPress site and get plug ins for IDX and lead generators and is this a good option? Does anyone have any good examples of sites that do all this in WordPress? Thank you very much for any information.
