I'll be watching this one with interest. 

I've watched this property on the market for some time, first on craigslist and then on MLS.

Through these past years, I started reading business books, like Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, listening to positive motivational influencers like Tony Robbins & Les Brown, watch videos of Business Entrepreneurs like Dan Lok, Grant Cardone, Gary Vanerchuck, Tai Lopez, and Stephen Granhams.

I also have poking around on the Bigger Pocket website, reading post, and watching webinars and I finally decided to introduce myself.

I've already learned so much from watching Brandon Turner's webinars and video series and I'm excited to learn even more!

I’ve been spending a lot of time on Bigger Pockets, reading various blogs/books, watching youtube, and listening to podcasts.I am ready to move out of the apartment I’m renting.

I've watched quite a few podcasts over that past month and am done lurking in the shadows! 

After browsing around the site, listening and watching the Beginner's Guide to REI Course BP YouTube videos, my first goal is to learn the terminology.

Watch for tax ramifications in each instance, they may differ a bit.
