Hey @Kon Zel +1 vote for Gene Trowbridge- I just did my first syndication and yes it's not cheap and yes they want payment upfront, but you also want to make sure everything is done properly.

lol this sounds like a great problem to have.I would look at it as 4 options:1) she quits her job and you both do real estate.2) you start taking a paycheck to stop being such a mooch off the wife.3) you get a w2.4) you let her get over the situation and realize how much wealth your creating for the family.I vote for option 1 or 2.7000 positive every month is crazy to not be taking a paycheck.

I would vote for his 2nd book to be the strongest game changer in the past 15 years: "The Cashflow Quadrant" which puts it all into perspective about what's wrong with our current (stuck in the industrial age era) world.
