It is possible your buildings sit above the flood level and could be removed off the FEMA Flood Map.So @Josh Green @Jason Bott @John Mocker @Frank Zhang use an engineering firm (like National Flood Experts) simultaneously to see if the flood zone designation on those buildings can be removed, which will eliminate any lender mandates forcing you to purchase flood insurance, and enjoy those savings (of not purchasing flood) which is a ton of NOI the current owner doesn't even know exists.
