December 24, 2008By Richard Adhikari: More stories by this author: A hacker got into the computer systems of electronic payment processing services provider RBS WorldPay, compromising more than a million customers' records.Formerly known as RBS Lynk, RBS WorldPay, which claims it has more than 20 years in the business, is the U.S. payment processing arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.Personal and financial account information of about 1.5 million cardholders and other individuals, and the social security numbers (SSNs) of 1.1 million people, may have been accessed by the hacker, RBS WorldPay said in a statement announcing the break-in on Wednesday.RBS WorldPay describes the break-in as a highly sophisticated cyber intrusion on its Website.

These buildings are all separately metered and have a energy efficient Reinhart heater in each unit, One ad has apartments at $1450 and no utilities included.

You may want to think about that in terms of getting your customers attention with your marketing....ie if they have gotten 10 other letters identical to yours, why would they call YOU?

I want to tip my hat to New Western-particularly JD Castillo (GM, Denton TX office) and John Jackson (agent-Allen office).NW gets a bad rap sometimes...particularly from their competitors, and occasionally customers who get in over their head.  

That said, a rep there said they do have a portfolio loan at 20 years, if you havent talked to them yet.Frankly, I havent had the time or energy to go bank fishing yet.
