You still learn expensive lessons and find that nothing is as cheap and easy as they claim it is and you are now have $50,000 less to work with. 

I don't think you should trust any cheap repairs the seller does since with something like this it doesn't show if the problem is really fixed until well after you own the house and it's your problem.

@Scott Weaner,yes you are correct. they need Municipal/city water. also thanks for putting one name brand out. i just knew they existed (and the're not cheap, but neither water damage)i think they use 2-3 gallons for each gallon they "water-sump-pump" out.
