Main goal : Is to make at least 70k a year by I'm 30.

My long term real estate goal is to not have to work 9-5.

I appreciate the suggestions but unfortunately none of them accomplish my goal.

Now say some time goes buy and the place is rented, and now I want to refinance.With the refinance my goal would be to pull enough cash out to recoup my lender and my credit card. 

There are some super easy ways to do this so I just want to make sure what the exact goal is for those two questions.

My goal is to start flipping, wholesaling or do whatever it Takes so i can quit my job and dedicate full time to REI, with the goal of eventually buy and hold SFH, MFR or any type of property that generates cashflow, build my portfolio while doing other side deals as metioned before.

I am very very new to real estate investing (been listening to a couple of episodes of bigger pockets over youtube).My main goal is to start building a second income, and buy more real-estate assets over time. i was think about buying a single/duplex with a friend together as my first investment will be a good start for me. i live in Israel. and real-estate here is very expensive here and its require a big investment just for my first asset, also the return rates are very very low.so my question is what do i need to do .- Do i need a back account in the US.
