After I started all over and learned these aspects, it was like a light going off, everything fell into place, every type of transaction could then be organized and set in a logical order to address any opportunity I bumped into, you can then see if certain circumstances exist you move this direction.

We look for a number of things on the credit report.... previous addresses, debt to previous landlords, debt to previous utility companies, responsible debt paying, total current outstanding debt and what type, general credit worthiness and demonstration of using credit responsibly.

Im a real estate wholesale newbie.I heard a great way to get started is driving for dollars so i been doing this for the last month or so and i think ive driven almost the whole city even though i may have missed a few spots.I looked up the owners and sent them mail.I think ive gotten maybe two calls so far and some letters returned because it was a wrong address or something.My question how effective is driving for dollars and has anyone gotten their first deal this way?
