Hi Folks What i think buying a property is simple and straight forward as long as you do follow a checklist.

If it can be rented to cover and eventually be sold at a profit, all are happy.However, I was wondering what happens to the seller in the meantime?

I was wondering if there is a way to get this list online or do I have to go to the courthouse and get them to compile this list for me?

I am wondering where you guys find properties for so cheap.

I've heard of it but haven't heard anyone use it on any forum.I wonder if it's another MLM program like that sellers assist program I see shilled a lot.
