Way better in terms of cash flow- but hey- I have a beautiful home in Fed Hill that will never have problems in terms of higher paying tenants. :)

I once had a new, beautifully finished property that looked incredible...3 months into ownership, the finished basement flooded (the slab had been poured too close to the water table, so when ground water rose, it flooded).

As far as getting the new property for yourself, that is the beauty of the nomad method.
