Brand new to real estate investing but eager to learn (Tyler, TX)

Hello everyone, 

My name is Eduardo Fumo and I am new to all of this! LOL

I am 31 years old, married with 3 beautiful kids, and currently an elementary school teacher (8 years). I love teaching but the pay sucks. This is why I would like to get involved into real estate investing part-time, but who knows maybe it will become a full-time thing in the future. Right now I am in the reading, listening (podcasts), and just overall learning fase. 

I am reading How to Invest in Real Estate by Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin

Listening to of course BiggerPockets podcast 

Anything else I can do? What are some suggestions on books  or podcasts?
