@Jered Sturm I was a user for the contractor veraion of qb, didn't like the heavy weight of the program, so I switch to a simplier qb, all i needed was the "class" feature of it, i use this to separate income on my jobs.

You have to watch out for balance transfer fees and weight these against your current charges. 

Plus the headache and upkeep costs.  

I brought a cupboard into the kitchen on a dolly and when I entered the kitchen where the click-lock starts the weight of the dolly seriously busted a quarter-inch of the flooring due to the weight.

Dieters are looking for a "magic pill" that takes the weight off while they sleep and do not have to change their eating habits or do any exercise.

Their weight limit was more than anyone else I could find and I also exceeded their holding period of of 2 weeks and they did not charge for the extra days.

MF thou, less of them and finding a quality one, considering location, upkeep, layout of property it gets harder to find.

Neither are doing anything to maintain the building or contribute to its upkeep while my 70+ year old father has been providing them a free apartment and paying for property repairs and going to the property to do work himself.
