Hey,So in our apartment we had gas supply that would provide us with hot water all day round.The owner decided to take out the gas supply and so he replaced the radiators and the boiler for the water with electric ones.After testing the water we found that there was only half the pressure ad before and the water would be luke warm at best after 3-4 minutes.

Here it is:1 - Take three full leg/thighs of chicken, boil them in water to get most of the grease off.2 - Cover the bottom of a lasagna pan with white rice.3 - Place the chicken on the rice, and cover rice with water to the point of making the rice wet...not to float the rice4 - with the skin side down, bake for 90 minutes at 3505 - Turn chicken over and baste, then bake chicken for another 30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy6 - Serve...no wait...That's my wife's recipe for chicken and rice.  

He split the water, but did not split the gas, instead he went full electric and it's a studio apartment he made it into.

I have water dripping down my heaters flue and have some white sediment on the heaters flue from it as well as rust.

My realtor said I beat his previous record of appraisal price vs purchase price so I was happy to hear that, knowing I'm starting out above water!

Also, our fridge is leaking and our water randomly shuts off and we barely get hot water?

Thew new laundry room is in the corridor and if you stack them you can put the water heater in there as well.
