Of course you have to store and inventory the items and return them when/if they pay you off.Check with the JP in your jurisdiction to see if they are doing evictions. 

At best a 401K is simply a store of income. 

Many used appliance stores get their inventory from new appliance haul always.

Usually you are required to store abandoned property for a period of time, like 30 days, before you can sell it.

Look at other flooring stores.
