Just something to keep in mind regarding timing your visits....might want to get there before Fall, lest you get caught in a long escrow and then might have to wait until Spring to find tenants at the optimal rent.

They either must wait for a raise or work another job to have enough money to invest.

I don't know, I've never studied Texas real estate.NO San Antonio has thousands of  lots that can be bought.. 

And it can be argued that she waited 2 days to report the issue. 

Any deal we would try would result in the same decline from the database.It seemed there was nothing we could do other than wait until May 2018 for our occupancy affidavit to expire and apply for a new FHA.

You can join the bandwagon or just keep waiting around.
