Hi everyone, I am looking at getting into the section 8 rental market as a foreign investor, what are the "best" states to invest in, in terms of cash flow and actually working with the city to cooperate and pass inspections.Is there anyone on here who could point me into the right direction of anyone that has done this, or the best way to go about doing this?

Hello,I have a home that I lease out to tenants on section 8.

The surplus was $63k, that check is on it way to me now.

I haven't responded and prefer they send a regular mail letter to my PO BOX.

It is already set up for heat-pump so makes sense to go that route again.

If this part of the article is true, why would a landlord go to a unit because the tenant had called to say they killed someone and showed them a video of a dead person?
