Just don't buy 5 or 6 unit, currently SF MF with 5/6 unit is crashing while 4 is doing fine. 3BR w/ $3k seems accurate rent price.

Seems hard to believe. luxury condo down hard in SF currently, I saw one new 350 sqft for 340k used to be in 500 600k, lux. condo is definitely crashing in that market.
