I’m curious as to what tips, tricks and advice you have all used when going to a local bank and talking to them about gaining a relationship with them in regards to lending for investment properties.

I know what company that quote is from that you listed the coverage and there are MULTIPLE ways you can be tricked in thinking you have coverage for something and in reality you have limited or no coverage.Feel free to connect with me here more on the thread or elsewhere if you have more in depth questions.
