I'm going to take any excuse I can to visit and explore the city. 

I've always had a plan to invest in real estate but haven't had the time to really explore the idea concretely.

I would like to explore starting an an in-house ancillary mortgage brokerage business with at least one loan originator who would be a 1099 independent contractor.
