I can't always respond to email immediately, but I always respond promptly.  

Got an automatic email notification that is was posted FSBO in Craigslist.

After about 3 emails where I asked him basic questions about what I can expect from his material, he will respond back with his audio message, where you can barely hear what he has to say because he mumbles, that you'll  have to upgrade to the mentor program (10k) before he'll continue communicating with you.

So I pressed forward, picked up the phone and/or drafted emails to all the brokers I have worked with in the past year.

I am on automatic email distributions, but I can't get things like broker comments, listing broker contact, attachments for rent roll or plans, etc. without sending multiple emails which is time consuming.

I asked the mortgage broker over the phone at least 2 times and sent an email on the importance of the land value on the house we are trying to purchase.
