Newbie investor from Long Island New York

Hello BP members!

I’m Lance Liebenow from Shirley NY 11967 (Long Island).

Currently in my research phase in being a ( near future ) investor.

I’m a daily listener ( since 12/19) to the BP podcasts and absolutely obsessed with real estate investing!

Without getting into crazy detail I work multiple jobs

Full time machinist (shafiroff racing), part time race car engine building and night time emergency HVAC service.

I have a long history of construction experience. From foundations to roofs. Landscaping and what ever is thrown at me.

I am looking to learn as much as I can while I search for deals near me 11967 11950 11951 or anywhere in the Suffolk county area.

With my background I would manage my own properties or properties I am partnered in. I have some cash available for investments, as well as a paid off house in the Shirley ny 11967 area where I can use a HELOC loan.

Also own a piece of land with a rental plot for a double wide trailer near Binghamton New York aka upstate NY.

Since this is my first post I honestly not sure if I’m even doing this new member post correctly lol!
