Hi Everyone, I’ve been a landlord for a while and in the past few years working with partners.We have several triplex buildings (15 units) in a LLC (mortgages in our names) and would like to grow this to over 100 units.We prefer the buy and hold strategy as we have full time careers and work the properties passively versus fixing and flipping on a fulltime basis.We are looking for a mentor to help guide us through the commercial/portfolio lending process as we have bumped up against the mortgage limit.
