It seems that no matter the purchase price, in order to get these numbers the rent will have to be higher than the area can support.

I plan to grow a real estate portfolio in the future to the point where I can support myself comfortably throughout my entire life and leave my day job. 

We have our sales team uploading pics to our Slack software, where we have a channel for each property.

Work full time saved up some capital and built my credit and want to purchase this house from my family friends, and they’re totally supportive of it if I can do it right.

Bigger Pockets has so many interview videos with successful wholesalers, and here are some of my favorite YouTube channels to watch on that subject: The Dominique Effect, Brent Daniels, Max Maxwell, Kris Krohn, Phil Pustejovski, Clever Investor, Wholesaling, Inc., Propelio TV, Flipping Mastery TV, and real estate attorney William Bronchick.

If you can connect with people better through online channels do that, if you can connect with people better through mailers then do that. 

I do not think the order is right and I support the lawsuit. 

Any advice on how to gain access to the channels that I am describing ?
