I am looking to get your thoughts on Steam Cleaners, Carpet Cleaners, Cleaning supplies you would recommend or not recommend using for certain jobs (shower grime, that unwanted hard stain to remove from flat stovetops, carpet stains, and more), etc. 

Unless you really want to do complex models or really want to learn about M1 and M2 money supplies you can probably get away with some really good books by experts in the field (non-academia).One more question unrelated to college: My ultimate goal is to make passive income off buy and hold real estate investments, but that isn't a day job I can start out with.

It seems logical that the demand for STR would be higher in the mountains, but also the supply would potentially be higher in the mountains as well.

If I was to pull the plug on my day job and go to a place with low entry point and good housing supply and opportunity for low entry point it would be Detroit. 

The community is great and close so demand for rentals there outweighs the supply.

You’ll need to go to a plumbing supply to get it, but it should last a lifetime.

No one has repurposed that stuff, but short of new supply, office is just perpetual.
