I am a tad late to this conversation but as an experienced investor, I wanted to touch on several comments in this thread, I will do my best to remember them all.Build your team first (of course this comes after educating yourself on the specific strategy you intend to do with books, BP, mentor, RE group meet ups, etc).

Is it because you've heard it's a good thing to do or because you have a specific reason?

To be more specific, this is NOT a new construction, super nice, $2000/month property like we have popping up on EVERY corner in DFW.

The bank is telling me that I need to have a specific property to complete the commercial loan application for this LLC.   

Mobile homes are park specific.

Find your niche. look at the various ways of money making in real estate and focus on one as your expertise.
